Mini Pumpkin Pies

So this weekend was GREAT! Beautiful weather, a bit of shopping with the hubby, reread one of my favorite books (Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers) and best of all... the cutest little pumpkin pies EVER! Ok... I have some work to do on my next batch. The sour cream didn't mix with the pumpkin as much as I would have liked... but they were still cute and still VERY yummy. The hubby gave them his seal of approval, so that means something! I'm going to make them for my kidoes next week, when we carve our pumpkin for Halloween. That way they will have a little taste of pumpkin to enjoy! :) Now it's off to another week with the crazy cuties I call my students! I ask for prayers this week. Tuesday morning I have my doctor's apointment about my voice. (For those of you that don't know, since I started taeching I don't have my normal voice, aparently I have a very sensitive voice) I'm hoping that she will have some good ideas and not just look at me like I'm crazy. Then, Wednesday is my observation by my principal.... NERVOUS! It is required, and everyone has to have one... but I'm still pretty nervous about it. Then Friday morning I am dropping off our sweet Gus boy for his surgery. So please keep our little family in your prayers. Oh, and Eric has a busy week at work too... a co-worker will be out so he'll have some extra work to do.

Overall we are still doing well! Ready to take on another week.... Show those cuties that I love them and hope that they learn a bit too!

Goodnight all!

-Bon
