I'm still alive!

We made it! We finally have internet up at the new place! There are a million things I could update on... but here are just a few. Here are some highlights from the last month. :)

• The move went GREAT! We LOVE our new place! The oven actually works! And having an extra bedroom really helps with all of the crap we have accumulated. I've had a blast getting things decorated, and we already had some company over.
  
• Having Gus feels like a natural thing now. It didn't take long to get used to having him back for good! I don't know how we lived without him! He is so much fun! We LOVE taking him to the park across the street for walks, and to the Frisbee golf field to let him run about off leash. My heart is gone... he's our sweet little boy and I love him so much!
• Funny story: We put up our Christmas tree just after we moved in. In our family we string pop corn to hang on the tree... well we watch Gus to see how interested he was in it for a few days, then we figured we would give him a shot. So when Eric left after lunch one day he didn't crate him, knowing that I would be home in a few hours. I just knew I was going to come home to a knocked down tree... well as first glace everything was fine... then I looked closer. He had walked around the tree and ate all the pop corn that was in his reach. But to my amazement, he didn't knock down any ornaments. We kept saying all season that we were going to pop some more pop corn and restring it, but we never got around to it, so.. all in all, it is a funny memory of our first Christmas with our sweet puppy boy. I think that's it for now. I'll be back to my normal postings. I've missed blogging, it's really a release for me.. even though I don't think many people actually read this thing, it's still fun. Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and has a great New Year tomorrow.
